konnectmojo.com (www.konnectmojo.com or “konnectmojo” or “app” or “site” or “Website” or “Portal”) is owned and operated by Konnectmojo Pvt. Ltd, having its registered offices at Plot No. A & B, 4th Main Road, Rose Nagar, Kovilambakkam, Chennai 600129.

Konnectmojo provides its services through a website, a B2B app and a B2C app (together referred as the “Platform”). The term Platform includes access to konnectmojo services through a browser, a PC, a mobile or any other electronic device.

Konnectmojo is a service provider that provides a platform through the Website where visitors and can view the work of experts and registered users are able to get in touch and communicate with them to avail their expertise or services as required.

Konnectmojo helps Interior Décor firms to connect with various vendors, supply vendors, contractors, and individual professionals in the target location of the project and vendors in that vicinity.

Konnectmojo offers it users an option “Order through Konnectmojo” wherein customers can vest their Interior requirements to Konnectmojo team who will work on behalf of the customer. This feature offers customers utmost security, privacy and above all a satisfaction that their requirement is handled by professionals.

We offer subscription-based plans for our customers to access our services which include direct access to Architects, Designers, Contractors & Sub-Contractors, Individual Professionals & Craftsmen, Artists etc. We also offer a free limited-options plan for you to try our services.

This agreement describes the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) under which you (the “User” or “Member” or “Vendor” or “Visitor” or “Expert”) may access and use konnectmojo and the services and subscriptions associated with it, including the ability to register on the platform, get in touch with professionals or prospective clients, get quotes including the ability to write blogs through the platform.

By registering with us to become a member of konnectmojo, you signify that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them and the Privacy Policy. DO NOT ACCESS AND ABSTAIN FROM USING THIS PLATFORM NOR USE ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS FROM IT IF YOU ARE NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH THESE TERMS.

1. Application. The Terms apply to all apps, domains, sub-domains, pages, groups, blogs or sections where they are posted, displayed or referenced (the “Platform”), whether these Platform are sponsored, managed or hosted by konnectmojo or third parties. These Terms also apply to any resources and tools provided including messaging, videos, photos, blogs, sharing site (the “Materials”), through the Platform. The Terms also apply to documents and information such as white-papers, articles, information, ideas, strategies shared, and demos shown made available through the Platform.
2. Changes and Updates. Konnectmojo is at liberty to modify these terms by adding, substituting, changing, removing, or updating either part or whole of these Terms (the “Modified Terms”) without any notice to you. The Modified Terms come into effect as soon as they are posted online, and your continued use of the Platform and its Platform and Materials signify your absolute consent and deemed acceptance and agreement of the Modified Terms. A schedule of changes/updates of these terms will be maintained at the end of this Agreement.
3. Eligibility. This platform is available to all adult persons except those mentioned below

   Konnectmojo reserves the right to terminate any account/membership of any person who falls in this category once it is brought to its notice.

   • Persons who are incompetent to contract as under Indian Contract Act, 1872
   • Minors without permission or supervision of their Parents/Legal Guardians
   • Un-discharged insolvents
   • Duplicate Registrations
   • Multiple Registrations
   • Fake Registrations

4. Modification. Konnectmojo may at any time add, substitute, change, remove, disable, or suspend the Platform, the Materials, or any other aspect of the Platform, either partly or wholly, temporarily, or permanently, at any time without notice to you. These changes may include without limitation, alteration to the features, functions, specification of any service described or displayed on the Platform.

1. Personal Information. Personal Information that you submit to konnectmojo is governed by konnectmojo’s Privacy Policy, which describes how konnectmojo collects, processes, and discloses personal information. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood konnectmojo’s
   Privacy Policy.
2. Member Account. Certain areas of konnectmojo are available only to registered users and therefore accessing the Platform may require you to create a unique member account and set a password. The information you provide konnectmojo at the time of registering the account should be accurate, current, and complete. konnectmojo account is personal to each individual and you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and its password and, you are solely and entirely responsible for all activities under your account. You undertake to immediately notify konnectmojo of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security in connection with your account or password.
3. Misuse of account. Konnectmojo bears no liability whatsoever, either to you or any other 3rd party, for any losses incurred by you as a result of someone else using your password or account – either with or without your knowledge. However, konnectmojo reserves the right to hold you liable for any losses, incurred by konnectmojo or any 3rd party, due to someone else using your account or password.
4. Disabling/suspending Account. konnectmojo holds the absolute right to disable or suspend your account at any time at its sole discretion, without citing any reason or giving you any notice whatsoever.

• No Unlawful or Prohibited Use. You agree that you will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms.
  1. You agree not to post, upload, transmit or communicate any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, religiously, or otherwise objectionable.
  2. You agree not to use konnectmojo to stalk or otherwise harass and harm another person or entity.
  3. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to Konnectmojo Pvt. Ltd. officials, konnectmojo officials, moderators, forum leaders, guides, vendors, resource persons, or otherwise mispresent your affiliation with Konnectmojo Pvt. Ltd. or with any other person or entity, or collect and/or store personal data about other users in connection with any prohibited conduct or restricted activities.
  4. You agree not to forge headers or manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Platform.
  5. You agree not to post, upload, transmit or communicate or otherwise make available any content that you do not have the right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
  6. You agree not to post, upload, transmit or communicate or otherwise make available any content that infringes or misappropriates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or any other proprietary rights of konnectmojo or any other 3rd party.
  7. You agree not to post, upload, transmit or communicate or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.
  8. You agree not to post, upload, transmit or communicate or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
  9. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any konnectmojo server or network(s) connections, disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Platform, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Platform.
  10. You agree not to circumvent any use-limitation or restricted-access technology used by the Platform, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any konnectmojo server or the Website, through hacking, password mining, or any other means, or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Platform.
  11. You agree not to violate intentionally or unintentionally any applicable local, state, national, or international law, and any regulations having the force of law.
  12. You agree not to provide material support or resources (or conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization designated by the Indian government as a foreign terrorist organization.
  13. You agree not to remove any copyright or other proprietary rights notices placed upon the Platform.
  14. You agree not to perform automated searches against konnectmojo’s systems, including using automated “bots”, link checkers, or other scripts or web scraping technologies, without the prior written permission of konnectmojo.
  15. You agree not to use the Platform to create products or perform services which compete or interfere with those of konnectmojo.com
  16. You agree not to text mine, data mine, or harvest metadata from the Platform.
  17. You agree not to download all or parts of the Platform in a systematic or regular manner or so as to create a collection of materials comprising all or a material subset of the Platform in any form or manner.
• Services and Availability
  1. We shall provide you with information and services which may include design data, contributions, audio & video files, infographics, articles, how-to-dos, DIY, expert knowledge, and other content (the “Materials”) as well as the ability to create an account to contact other users and vendors/experts through messages. We advise you to take notice that all your interactions on the platform are public unless designated otherwise.
  2. 3rd Party Content comprises of comments, opinions, articles, ideas, suggestions, audio and video, links, chats, posts, attachments, and files. We take no responsibility for the accuracy, legitimacy, completeness or timeliness, quality of content or suitability for a certain purpose of any 3rd Party contents. All content on the Platform shall be deemed 3rd Party contents unless except those labeled with a copyright notice by konnectmojo and other content that is clearly a part of the platform design.
  3. All comments and content are moderated and regulated.
  4. User ratings - Your ratings should be genuine and offer value and should not just be posted to manipulate the ratings to serve your purpose or the nefarious purposes of others.
  5. Services by third parties - Our services on the platform may include services provided by third parties (e.g., SSO) to which the Platform merely provides access. These 3rd Party services are bound by their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which can be accessed on the websites of these 3rd parties and konnectmojo is under no obligation to separately identify them. These 3rd party services are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, and You are required to be aware of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of these 3rd Party services and konnectmojo bears no responsibility for the same.
  6. Uptime - The ability to provide services online depends on various other service providers, hardware, and software and in consideration of this, Konnectmojo assures a 99% uptime as a yearly average of its service availability. Even with the best intentions, technical problems related to power supply, or errors in hardware and software or other technical issues may cause temporary restraints or interruptions. In such a case, konnectmojo and its team would endeavor to get back online as soon as possible but bear no liability to anyone for the downtime.
• Search Results Display - The search results are based on konnectmojo’s proprietary algorithm which is based on various factors including but not limited to the reviews given by users, projects completed by the vendors, number of times a vendor has been favorited by users, number of reviews given. To be listed on the top of the search results the Vendors are advised to maintain their business profile page to reflect their best and most current works, update as many projects along with the photos for reference, and use the features offered by the Platform and to work with utmost professionalism and strong work ethic to ensure customer satisfaction and thereby enhance their visibility.
• Content Moderation.
  1. You agree not to use the Platform to
     • Threaten or harm minors in any way
     • Stalk or otherwise harass another person
     • Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other user’s liability to engage in real time exchanges.
     • Harass customers and professionalism is to be maintained at all times, in all interactions and communications.
     • Any violation would result in immediate and permanent suspension of the account.
• Enforcement. Enforcement of this section is solely at konnectmojo’s discretion, and failure to enforce this section in some instances does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce it in other instances. In addition, this section does not create any private right of action on the part of any third party or any reasonable expectation that the Platform will not contain any content or conduct that is prohibited by this section.
• Promotional & Marketing Activities - Konnectmojo reserves the right contact its subscribers, registered members, vendors who showed interest on Konnectmojo’s social media platform, email marketing platforms, SMS platforms, Whatsapp channels, Google and any other activities that include even direct and personal intervention. All vendors, customers and new businesses registered with Konnectmojo will be regularly intimated with promotional activities, new business offers and any marketing and promotional activities happening from time to time. In any case in our promotions, we also have a disclaimer which will state that you would like to opt out of the promotions, and it will apply accordingly.
  All data collected and registered on the portal belongs to Konnectmojo Private Limited.

1. Personal Use. Konnectmojo grants you permission to access and use the Platform and is free for all individual members who are eligible to join.
2. Registration. You agree to register as an individual and using accurate information about yourself. You agree not to impersonate any other person or to misrepresent your affiliations and job responsibilities. You agree to
   • provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration form and
   • maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
   • If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if konnectmojo has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, konnectmojo has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all future use of the Site.
3. Account Limitations. You acknowledge and unequivocally agree that konnectmojo may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the Platform, including without limitation the maximum number of days that messages, posts and other uploaded Content will be retained by the Site. You agree that konnectmojo has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any message or any other form of communication or Content maintained or transmitted through the Platform. You acknowledge that konnectmojo reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for extended period of time. You also acknowledge that konnectmojo reserves the right to delete accounts that are dormant and not-in-use for extended period.

Information related to electronic transactions entered via the Platform is encrypted and secured. Our payments are processed through our partner Razorpay (the "Payment Processor") who make available multiple payment options which may include Card Payments, UPI, NACH, Internet Banking etc. The Platform has no capability and cannot at any time interfere with the payment gateway mechanism and application. The Platform has no access to the information that you enter on the payment platform and cannot and will not interfere with the payment gateway. Your data including transaction details, banking details, personal details, and other information as required by the payment processor are entered on the Payment Processor Website and are not held by us. By creating a link to the payment processor and/or payment gateway we have not endorsed the payment processor in any way or form, nor are we liable for any failure of service or products offered by the payment gateway and all failures/errors/omissions of the payment gateway shall be the sole responsibility of the payment processor. The payment processor will have a privacy policy different than that of the Platform, and it is highly recommended that you go through an familiarize yourself with their privacy policy as well.

Konnectmojo is flexible and always out there to ensure customers and vendors have a smooth usage of the app and portal.

1. Vendors can request for a cancellation of their business registration by writing a mail to helpdesk@konnectmojo.com. The cancellation of registration from the portal does not guarantee any refund of Subscription amounts made by vendor to Konnectmojo, as we have a No Refund Policy.
2. We follow a no refund policy because we provide the vendor with a provision to use a free registration and Free plan also known as (Standard Plan) to ensure things work according to their requirements.
3. The vendor can feel free to contact us on an email to helpdesk@konnectmojo.com to discuss any discrepancies and we will be ready to address it as early as possible.
4. If the customer has a valid reason accepted by Konnectmojo’s review officer, then the agreed sum of money of the subscription will be paid to the customer in 15 business days from the date of approval. Refund will be made to the original method of payment.
5. Nothing can supersede the company’s no refund policy in any given case.
6. Subscription plans of Konnectmojo are subject to change to enhance business and according to the services and quality of service rendered.
7. Konnectmojo doesn’t sell any tangible products on its business portal, so there is no shipping involved, no product damages involved, and no delivery of product timeline involved.

1. You agree to respect and follow all laws related to Intellectual Property. You are prohibited from uploading, posting, transferring, or otherwise transmitting on konnectmojo any materials that violate another party’s intellectual property rights. 2. Konnectmojo Pvt. Ltd., konnectmojo name, logo and related identities are trademarks of Konnectmojo Pvt. Ltd. You agree not to display or use these trademarks in any manner without konnectmojo’s explicit written permission. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of this Platform, Site, Content, HTML/CSS, JavaScript or visual design elements or concepts from konnectmojo without express written permission from konnectmojo.
3. All intellectual property rights of the content posted on the Platform are respectively owned by the providers of the content which may include konnectmojo, experts, users, or other 3rd parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold konnectmojo, its affiliates, officials, agents, representatives, employees, and partners harmless for and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages – actual and consequential, losses and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way related to any 3rd party claims related to (a) your use of the Platform (including any actions taken by a 3rd party using your account, and (b) your violation of these Terms. In the event of such a claim, suit or action (“Claim”), we will provide notice of the Claim to the contact information we have for your account, and the failure to deliver such notice shall not eliminate or reduce your indemnification obligations hereunder.

1. You understand and agree that konnectmojo is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis and that konnectmojo does not assume any responsibility for prompt or proper delivery, or retention of any user information or communication between users. Konnectmojo assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for the accuracy or existence of any communications between users. Konnectmojo expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
2. Konnectmojo makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements, that the any services provided on the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that any results obtained from konnectmojo will be accurate or reliable; that the quality of services, information or other Material obtained by you through the Platform will meet your expectation; that any errors in programming will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from konnectmojo shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
3. Konnectmojo bears no liability for private discussions between the users and is not responsible for any agreements between them. No claims in this regard will be entertained ever.

You expressly understand and agree that konnectmojo will not be liable to you for

1. Any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, be it loss of data, lost profits or similar loss in any way or manner arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability under which such damages are sought, whether in action for breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence – including strict liability or any other action in tort or kind.
2. Any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of (a) any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any content in or on the Platform, any changes or modifications made by konnectmojo thereto, or any temporary or permanent suspension by konnectmojo in the provision thereof or (b) your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential.
3. The platform is not to be used for any other purpose than what is intended.

1. Any dispute regarding konnectmojo shall be settled by arbitration at Chennai, India in accordance with the rules of Commercial Arbitration and the Procedures set forth by the Indian Council of Arbitration and subject further to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or statutory reenactment or modification thereof for time being in force.
2. Any dispute under these Terms shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by konnectmojo.
3. The arbitration award will be final and maybe enforced as a decree.
4. The prevailing party shall be awarded all the filing fees and related administrative costs. Administrative and other costs of enforcing the arbitration award, including the costs of notices, summons, subpoenas, depositions, transcripts and the like, reasonable attorneys’ fee, and similar costs related to collecting an arbitrator’s award, will be added to, and will become a part of the amount due pursuant to this Agreement and/or the arbitrator’s award.

• Grievance Redressal. Any complaints or request or concerns with regards to use, processing or disclosure of information provided by you or breach of these terms maybe taken up with the designated grievance redressal office as mentioned below. Any complaints, abuse, or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below via email.
