“Account” means a unique account (user or vendor) created for You to access our Platform or parts of the Platform.

“Company” or “the Company” or “We” or “Us” or “Our” in this policy refers to Konnectmojo Pvt. Ltd. having its registered address at Plot No. A & B, 4th Main Road, Rose Nagar, Kovilambakkam, Chennai 600129.

“Cookies” are small files that are placed on your computer, mobile device or any device by a website, containing details of your browsing history on that website among its many uses.

“Country” refers to India.

“Device” means any device that can access the Platform such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

“Personal Data” is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

“Platform” or “Site” or “Website” refers to SanyogCRM / Sanyog iCRM, including the websites at sanyogcrm.com and app.sanyogcrm.com, the Sanyog iCRM Android and iOS mobile applications, and related mobile and web applications.

“Service Provider” means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to the 3rd Party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the platform and to provide the Platform on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Platform or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Platform is used.

“Third-party Social Media Service” refers to any website or any social network website through which a user can log in or create an account on the Platform.

“Usage Data” refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Platform or from the Platform infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

“You” means the individual accessing or using the Platform; or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of whom such individual is accessing or using the Platform; as applicable.

While using the Platform, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (PII) that can be used to contact or identify you. PII may include, but is not limited to, (a) email address, (b) first and last name, (c) phone number, (d) address including pin code, (e) Usage Data, (f) precise and approximate location, (g) photos and files you upload, and (h) device or push-notification identifiers.

The Sanyog CRM mobile app collects precise location (GPS coordinates and accuracy) and may also derive approximate location.

We use this to record punch-in and punch-out for attendance, and to measure travel distance while a work-plan task session is open.

While a task session is active, location is also collected when the app is in the background, closed, or the phone is locked, so distance can keep updating. We do not collect background location when no task session is running.

Location is sent to our servers over HTTPS and stored with the related attendance or task record for your company. We do not sell location data.

You can refuse location permission and still use the app; punch-in and background distance will not work. You can turn location off later in the device Settings.

You may upload photos and files (for example for leads, projects, and tasks). We store them to run the product for your company. We do not sell them.

On the mobile app we may collect a device identifier and a push-notification token (for example via Firebase Cloud Messaging / Expo) so we can send work notifications. You can turn notifications off in device settings.

We use service providers to host the product, send push notifications (Firebase / Google). They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell personal data.

Usage data typically includes information including but not limited to your device IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of the Platform you visit, the date and time of your visit, time spent on these pages, unique identifiers and other diagnostic data, that can be collected directly or through 3rd party tools. We collect Profile data and usage data when you use the Platform.

We believe in the protecting the children and in line with our policy we DO NOT collect or store any data of persons less than 18 years of age. If any data of persons less than 18 years of age has been collected on our website, we will take immediate and appropriate steps to delete the PII that has been collected. If it is known to us that any person less than 18 years of age has registered on our Platform, such an account will be immediately disabled and deleted along with its associated PII.

This site is created and maintained exclusives for people above 18 years of age and if you are under 18 you should immediately stop using this site and refrain from accessing it.

For the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, we retain your personal data for as long as necessary and use it to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations and in conformance with the applicable law, and also to enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We also retain Usage Data for purposes of internal analysis, though the retention of usage data is for a relatively shorter period of time. The exception to this is when the data is retained to improve the functionality and the security of the platform or when We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods of time.

We use and share your Personal Data for the following purpose

Sharing your data. We may share your personal information with service providers to monitor and analyze the use of the Platform, with affiliates, with business partners to offer you certain products, promotions or services, with other users when you share personal information or otherwise interreact in public areas with other users – such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside. If you interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see your name, profile, pictures and description of your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with you and view your profile.

Provide and maintain the Platform, including to monitor, improve, deliver, maintain and protect the usage of the Platform.

Account Management. The personal data you provided at the time of registration can give you access to different functionalities of the service that are made available to you as a registered user.

Contact. To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

General Information. To provide you with news, special offers and other information about other goods, services and events which we offer that you have purchased or enquired about, unless you have opted not to receive such information.

We disclose PII under the following circumstances:

1. When you have selected the option to receive information from our sponsor, partner and vendor organizations, we would provide them your name, email address, registration survey data, usage data, location and other information to them so that they can contact you directly.
2. Your personal data may be transferred in the event that Konnectmojo Pvt. Ltd. is involved in a merger or acquisition or asset sale. In such a case, you would be notified before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
3. When it is mandated by statutory authority, or if required by applicable law, or in response to a legal process or to protect our rights and property or to protect our safety as well as the safety of our users and others.

When you subscribe to our email list, you provide us information such as your email address, name and pin code so we may communicate with you via email or postal mail or through SMS or WhatsApp or through phone calls or all the above. The platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity and store certain information. Beacons, Cookies, Tags and Scripts are used to collect and track information which is used to analyze and improve our platform and connected services. Following technologies are used.

1. Cookies or Browser Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept Cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of the Platform, unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will accept the use Cookies.
2. Web Beacons. Certain sections of our Service and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons, also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs, that help the Platform collect analytical data such as the count of users who have visited those pages, or website usage statistics, recording the popularity of a particular section or verifying system and server integrity.

We follow strong security practices and procedures and adhere to stringent security measures to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. Any information change that you effect is through our secure servers and once your information is in our possession, we implement strict guidelines and take stringent measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

To provide visitors on the Platform with more choice on how their data is collected by Google Analytics, Google have developed the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The addon communicates with the Google Analytics Script to indicate that information about the website visit should not be sent to Google Analytics. The Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on does not prevent information from being sent to the website itself or to other web analytics services.

Our platform may contain links to other parts of the web that are neither operated nor controlled by us. Therefore, when you click a 3rd party link and are taken to their website, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of each site you visit.

We have absolutely no control over, nor do we assume any responsibility for the content, policies, practices, and services of the 3rd party sites that you visit.

As a user of our Platform, you have the option to opt-out of receiving any non-essential, promotional, marketing-related communications from Konnectmojo Pvt. Ltd., or on behalf of our partners after setting up an account. You are free to unsubscribe from all such communication by using the unsubscribe option available in the communications sent to you.

The data is stored for as long as it is necessary to provide the services to you and others. Information associated with the account is kept until the account is deleted, and there is no necessity to maintain the data to provide the services. You also have the option of deleting your account that you have created on the Platform, at any point of time. When your account is deleted, the information you provided to us is deleted as well. Please take notice that information that others have shared about you is NOT part of your account and therefore WILL NOT BE DELETED when you delete your account.

Our policies are updated from time to time keeping in mind the ever-changing needs and the demand to stay current. You would be notified of all new changes to the privacy policy and the new changes to the policy would be updated here immediately. All notifications will be sent and a prominent notice would be placed on the Platform before the changes to the privacy policy become effective.
